I've finished your archives. I found it very interesting that you've decided to go with colored pencil which I don't see very much in webcomics. Sometimes this can be good, other times it looks a little muddy. Clearly you are skilled at coloring with them, but I just believe that it's a limitation of the medium. Your linework is well done and I'm starting to see a hint of a plot. A crossdressing 14 year old mayor is very strange, but it's your story! Please use the characters names more often, I have no idea who is who. Have you considered coloring it in photoshop/paint.net? If you are looking to get some money for your efforts, I would reccomend setting up a paypal account, or something like it to take in donations from your readers. Your characters button is a broken link. I can see talent in your work, so please don't take anything I said too harshly.
I use Paint.net for some editing, but I'm more traditional that digital. I've consider upgrading to marker, but they are a bit costly. I might try doing digital with some practice.
As for the Character's link, that's just me bein' lazy. I'm working on doing profiles. The known characters that are or will be introduced in Book 1(finished) and Book 2(in progress) is
